Nick Clegg to attack children's rights?

Nick Clegg yesterday devoted the key part of his conference speech to stating that his passion was children and seeing they had the right start in life. Here is the full report from Justrights showing what an utter disaster for children the legal aid cuts will be. Is he going to let the Lib Dems vote for a bill that will do this?
