You can find out if you would be entitled to civil legal aid by following the link below and using the online eligibility calculator

Please remember, even if you are entitled on financial grounds, a legal aid solicitor or advisor may still be unable to help you. This may be because you do not have a case or, because the type of assistance you need has already been excluded from legal aid by government
