This lady received help from a Welfare Benefits advisor at Bolton Citizens Advice Bureau and her response has been:

"Citizens Advice Bureau helped me to get my Tax Credits for my son who is at college as I didn't know I was still entitled. If I hadn't received this help I would have lost my Tax Credits as I would not have known I was still able to receive it. I don't know where else I could have got this help and I am very thankful to Citizens Advice Bureau as I was struggling without these payments"
