Miss M was only too willing to tell me her experience of Bolton CAB -

"I have had a lot of help from the Citizens Advice Bureau and I have got to know all the staff. I have been homeless and they have helped me with benefits and debt advice. If the Citizens Advice Bureau were not around I don't know where I would be, I would be lost without them"
