House of Lords on the case for civil legal aid, 19th May 2011

Moved by Lord Beecham: To call attention to the case for civil legal aid; and to move for papers.

The first video below is the full session. Following this are the two final speeches from the Lords: Lord Bach (Labour) followed by Lord McNally (LibDem, speaking for the Government)
